Kindly complete your registration well in advance of the registration deadline to avoid last minute issues. Upon registration, you will receive your email to activate your account. After activation, you will be able to download the abstract template, submit your abstract, invite your research co-authors(optional) and get registered into the conference.
Also, kindly check out the step by step tutorial of how to complete your abstract submission and conference registration in order to go through your submission without any issue. Kindly note that only abstracts which are submitted through the abstract submission system will be considered for review and will get a chance to be featured in our conference. Therefore, please do not send your abstract through an email unless being asked to do so. Your final confirmation depends upon completion of payment before the due date.
Note: Inactive accounts; those who have not submitted their abstract, have not applied for registration or have not completed their payment will be deleted 30 days after their last activity. Therefore, you are kindly advised to complete your registration process so as to not face any problems in attending the congress.
While submitting your abstract, you will have the option to select event, session and presentation type which will have options such as Invited Talk, Oral Presentation, Poster Presentation, Keynote Talk etc. You are advised to carefully select one of these to confirm your level of participation in the Congress. Kindly note that merely selecting one of these options does not guarantee your selected presentation type in the Congress. Once submitted, your abstract will be reviewed by our Scientific Committee and upon approval, you will be asked to complete your payment for the conference. In cases where you cannot attend the conference and instead want to propose another person at your place, you can ask for substitution before 30 days of starting of the Congress. However, the proposed individual must have a relevant background according to the theme of the conference. They must also have done their research in the conference relevant topics that they can showcase at the conference based on their participation level (pending approval by Scientific Committee). You need to inform the congress coordinator promptly via email as soon as possible to ensure the registration of the replacing delegate at the congress.
If due to any problem or change of plans, you have to cancel your participation in the Congress, kindly inform the congress coordinator via email at email@example.com immediately. Any cancellations done by the attendee side will incur 100% of registration fees so as to compensate for transportation, accommodation and other overheads caused due to delegate registration. We advise you to kindly check your availability before completing your payment for the Congress
Cancellation/Postponement of Congress
If due to any circumstances, IAAM has to cancel or postpone a congress, all pre-paid registrants will be given the option to attend the rescheduled congress or opt for full reimbursement of the paid fee. Kindly note that the organizer or any associated party will not be liable to reimburse any costs incurred by you for traveling, accommodation and other expenses made by you at an individual or group level.
